We guarantee our developments, against any major defect of construction, for five years. This guarantee does not cover cases of force majeure, bad weather, earthquake, floods, fortuitous event and other problems related to the natural degradations of the building.
Leasehold means you rent the land for a period of time. Freehold means you buy the land and it belongs to you for an unlimited period. As a foreigner you cannot buy freehold unless you have a local nominee or a company registered here in Indonesia.
